ODI Pharma completes final loan repayment and becomes debt-free

ODI Pharma AB (“ODI” or the “Company”) announces that it has completed the final repayment of its outstanding working capital loan and is now debt-free.

Volker Wiederrich, Chairman of the Board, ODI Pharma, comments:

"The full repayment of the loan marks the completion of a financing arrangement that supported the Company's commercial expansion. With no remaining interest-bearing liabilities, ODI Pharma enters its next phase with a strengthened balance sheet and increased financial flexibility."

The loan, amounting to EUR 350,000, was secured in June 2023 to provide additional financial flexibility as the Company advanced the commercialization of its medical cannabis products in Poland.

Having established a stronger operational platform and generated solid operational cash flow in recent quarters, ODI Pharma has today repaid the remaining EUR 150,000 of the loan. The loan carried an annual interest rate of 20.4 percent and was unsecured.

Following the final repayment, ODI Pharma has no remaining interest-bearing liabilities. The Company is now better positioned to focus on executing its growth strategy.
